Feel Safer Now?

The same week that arming the teachers was proposed as a solution to the school shooting crisis in our country, an armed teacher accidentally fired his gun in class, injuring a student. As of the 312th day of 2018, there had been 307 mass shootings in the US. Do the math.  

This is such a common occurance, we have become desensitized. It's upsetting that active shooter drills are even necessary.
